The story behind Pav Bhaji Panda is a testament of universes’ weird ways of making things happen.
Viren and Omkar started working together to improve the business of a restaurant. While doing so – they both realized that true growth can only be achieved through focused, lean and niche segments.
They brainstormed various options and then zeroed down on only Pav Bhaji and Chinese Semi-QSR model. And then it all fell in place.
